Born August 19, 1958 at 1:36 A.M. in Inglewood CA.
of Caucasian and Native American descent.
"There is no right or wrong in art, only perception and the passion created by desire. So it is with all of life."
Truth is truth and all else is not. Yours may be different than mine but no less a reality and thereupon sacred.BIOThere in the corner lies a dusty portfolio,
the canvas inside faded dull and yellow.
Ideas lost, some spent and some wasted,
with visions cast of loves beauty tasted.
Works of concept wrought in a flash of brilliance,
unfinished they lie hidden to die in silence.
Completed masterpieces devoid of shading,
and others abandoned like desires fading.
Blessing or curse is the artists' simple fate,
spirit driven is their talent to continually create.
Effortless with blood and sweat mixed colors,
the canvas emotion records our passionate labors.
In liesure contemplations of imagined glory,
a lifetime of work that may tell a single story.
Yet, there in the corner lies an artists' dusty portfolio,
as the canvas within me begins to glow.
And I ask, "So triumphant is life in death
what satisfaction will I ever know?"

Thank you for taking the time to view and/or read my little spot of exposure here. All I ask is that you respect
the work and thoughts herein and the legal blah blah as I would respect yours. If anything you see or absorb inspires you or brings you enjoyment then I have stepped a bit further on my path to becoming a true human being. The medicine is working. Medicine is anything that helps us grow, learn , or heal, and my work is an extension of the spiritual path to growth, enlightenment and healing that I have been blessed with and capable of sharing with the rest of the world.
Imagery and energy, in my art, have proven themselves, without a concious effort on my part, to be a purposeful force and ingredient that permeates my work and very existence.
My formal education is very basic and modest. I have an AA in Architectural Drafting with an emphasis on environmental design, an AS degree in Graphic Design, and Bachelors in liberal Arts, majoring in Art (go Figure) with a minor in English. My Masters, one day, will be in art but I aspire to have a Doctorate in Phiosophy with an emphasis on Theology. This is so I can do my art, talk shit about it, and no one can say the difference! I really come from the school of hard knocks in which I already have achieved a Phd.
Initiallly, upon pretending to graduate from high school I had a full ride to a couple respected art
colleges but I chose to take up free room and board with state of California for a moderate period of reality check. I did steel construction for too many years, until one rainy day, boredom got a box of what my art supplies had dwindled down to out of the closet, and I did a watercolor that depresssingly reminded me what I was really supposed to be honoring.
Since then, and actually on and off before this turning point, I ran and /or was involved with tattoo shops, airbrushed many a harley tank, owned my own business as a sign painter, and rebuilt and depleted some substantial portfolios. With a smattering of gallery showings over the years, one completely of wildlife studies in watercolor, and the most and recent being in my first artistic love and preferred medium of oils.
Currently, I work for an international printing and publishing company as a book cover illustrator and part-time creative service consultant. My primary tools are Photoshop, Illustrator, Painter, and Bryce. It is a 2D business, but I have a irrepressible desire to bust out into some 3D work, animation, and possibly short films
or even gaming art. The biggest drawback right now, aside from the lack of software, is knowledge. and any
preferrence to one particular program. That's what I'm doing here, investigating and gathering information. I would love to work on a joint venture and welcome any advice, intelligent information, as well as, any constructive criticism of my present achievements and accomplishments.
Anyways, that was a typefull. I hope that I can be an asset to the renderosity community as I blieve it can only benefit me with it's seemingly limitless resources and web strings.
Other non-essential rhetoric...
I believe the word "hate" to be an insidiously malignant word too lackadaisically used in or society that infects our lives as a spiritual contaminate. However, without the knowledge of it's passion and
energy I would not know what it is to love, I'm just glad to understand that love is not it's oppsite and unfortunately know that indifference is. I greatly dislike litter and am ashamed for the people who do it. I am greatly offended by racism, for it is the purpose of all I know and understand that we are one people, one race, and have but one earth. The balance toward this, that some may judge as contradiction, is that I am a warrior. Sworn to defend the people, and by definition of my true name and spiritual responsibilities, obligated to protect, provide, and teach. I'm no tree-hugger, so don't trip, but I can't see the worth in whackin' down a tree or jackin' the environment for a buck.
Be good to yourself. Be willing to trust. Protect your piece thereof. Rotate your medicine bottle lables and throw out your old tires. Do something nice for someone and never let them know. Create, create, create. Don't ever let your heart's center close.
