plenty of cups of tea and the odd lager making this one... tryed several things I hadn't tryed before including ray tracing a window with a scene behind which is harder than it looks to make it look right

nice render. I think a distance falloff would make it even more realistic on the reflection side (i.e. farther things tend to diminish on reflection).
