Okay...here's where I mention that her hand was injured in battle. I thought it was obvious....guess not.

Nikita..this is a very great piece of work. I love the blood stains, how did you do them, if you dont mind me asking? Her expression tells it all...bad day at battle, where is my ale? :)

Thank you!!:-) How I did the blood stains was in post work. I did it like this. It was easy actually. 1. I created a new transparent layer on top of the original. 2. I chose the bloodiest red Photoshop had to offer. LOL! 3. I just swtiched between brushes and painted the blood stains on top of the armor then "faded" each brush. Then I used the "smudge" to smudge them up a bit. I wish I could tell you which brushes but I don't remember.:-( 4. For the bruise I first painted the blood with a regular paintbrush and then painted on top of it with the "art history brush". I used one of the brushes that was lines running diagonally. I hope that made sense. I could probably save myself some time next time and just paint them on the texture itself. LOL!

Nice... She does need a better sword though. ;)

Hi nikita, I really like this alot. What you have done to the damaged arm is interesting because it looks like her muscles have contracted leading to her hand curling up, which does actually happen after a stabbing or whatever so yes this is very good indeed

I agree with the comment on the sword. But over than that I realy love this image. Her face says so much. And her is amazing - so thick and shapely. I'd like to see a HEAD&SHOULDER shot! WONDERFUL.
