YES it is worth a look!! The colors are so vivid and you framed the shot very well! It looks like a centerpiece on a dining room table, a BIG dining room table!! Well done, Greg!!

You have begun your journey into art photography with hardness replacing focus leading to dismissal of realistic depth someplaces. You could let depth of field go to zero for a full 2D effect. That gets into the limit on exposure minimum time for minimum light capture. Here it could just be that the tulips moved a bit in a breeze and the exposure time was long. Thus the vivid red blur which is a different way of limiting depth. (Warning-I know very little about empirical camera effects.)

A beautiful display of vivid color. I agree with ratto's description. Looks like a great place to hang out, listen to the fountain, and enjoy the sun. :)
