Description

I don't think I've worked on as many versions of an image as I have this one. This is the first image that came to mind on my first visit to R'osity, just over a year ago. This sketch hung above my computer as, over a few months, I tried different programs and versions until I posted a "monochrome" digital version. The later "colour" version I now find a little garish. I wasn't really happy with the stairs in this, so it metamorphasised into a spine in later versions, yet, I didn't quite get the pools the same as I did in this one. ~ Thanks for viewing :D ~

Oh, I remember these so well! When I now alter between the three of them, I feel most for this the sketch version. Cannot really say why, because it communicates with my own unconcious. One thing can I say, I like the stairs better than the spine. Again, don't ask me why :-)

huge hugs I'm so glad you posted this Cass, it's so superior to either of your digital versions... but then I know you did those before Cam gave you his tablet so they'll have been SO hard to do ;-) Yeah this has to be the definitive version, and it shows the spontaneous feel that the others lack. Marvellous work m'friend :-)

the sketch is the pure essense of the mind engaged... i like seeing the progression & then to see the original like this really brings it full circle... so creatively twisted! fantastical!

oh you sweet angel.. what a wonderful piece to show us all the majestic touch you have. This image is one of those things I could watch endlessly without getting nor tired nor used to them :) It's magnificent. Just like you :)
