3D Studio Max 5 ink n' paint, post work in Photoshop.
Figure is Maya Doll by Studio Maya exported from Poser 5 dynamic cloth was used for the dress.

Cool! i love the pose and the z-toon effect on that... i have the same car but never had time to male a render :b. maybe if the sky have the same z-toon effect will be perfection... Congrats pal for your great pic!

Well done! Haven't seen the ink-n-paint used much; kinda a neat effect, isn't it? Pretty well blended witht the background, too. Great image! Look forward to seeing more.

Very nice! I don't think this IS z-tooned at all. I really love how the ground and sky ISN'T tooned.
