What if you tried a "glass" material? That might work--the rest of the pic is as pretty as a Christmas card!

Have you ever tried mixing 'water material' w/ 'cloud material'? Sometimes it gives a very neat results. As per the picture, I agree with zxcvb.

Nice one. Just getting over winter here and your trying to bring it on again ;) Reduce the size of the mat to get rid of those jaggies.
