Description
My wife has been asking that I paint something. I drew this to be painted by her, but she wanting me to do it. Here it is my first painting, acrylic on canvas board.

I couldn't get it to look good on screen. This is the best I could get. After looking at it here I decided to extend the dark on the left around the roots.

oh my, this is already an awesome start, good to see your work over here as well as on photo gallery, i like the fade to black, but i could see a case to be made for bringing the foreground highlights up just a bit to make it really sing, of course it's virtually impossible to judge such things on a computer monitor, congratz man, keep it up!!!
