A young Great Horned Owl shot at Falconry Centre in Dubrava near Sibenik, Croatia. The centre is dedicated to helping injured birds of prey as well as keeping the falconry tradition alive. Olympus C5050Z, F 2.6, 1/60

Wow.. this is beautiful.. they are gorgeous creatures.. =) I collect owl's and things associated with owl's.. this is no exception and now my desktop.. thanks for sharing =)
