On a regular basis I Mind Meld by putting My Digit in a Power Socket, whilst Soaking My Feet in a Bucket of Water. Zaaaaaap! It helps :)

She sure looks a lot better than blue serge. Of course the media intermingles the terms for power, force and energy resulting in mind craps. You have to protect the family joules whether from kinetic or potential. Then when say watt begins and drain or rise occurs you can eat the volts as electromotive force in chemical reaction in a battery or spend it on motion by putting on pounds-feet at the brake.
