Description
Lately I've been learning Lightwave on a course I'm doing. This was our assignment project which was to take a real life model (in this case a cheap plastic sword) and replicate it in three weeks, (after only 2 weeks of learning the program). The model was simple to make, but all the textures on the hilt were made using digital photos that I touched up in PS and applied with UV Mapping, which took a fair bit of head banging to sort out before it came right!
I think it came out fairly well, hopefully well enough to pass. Let me know what you think!
