This one has some DOF and a Reflection Soften filter. Still really unhappy with the lighting...

If I was unhappy with the ligthing I'd go the following route. Don't flat light everything the way it is, it's too much, often with lighting, the less that still lets you clearly see the objects, the better. You could benefit from a visible light source, such as the window, or a tablw lamp. Try a big, fat ass wide cone spot right outside the window with a real fine volumetric on it, and couter the interior lighting just enough so as you can see the shape of the light coming through the glass. Add little fill lights to taste, and turn off ambient (if it's on). Otherwise use the window, and a visible table or overhead light only, and use radiosity. Best o luck matey.
