Description
First attempt at making a black and white from a colour pic. This seems to suit a 100 year old (roughly) boat somehow. Sharpened the contrast, I think it may be working as I can see more of the rigging. This could be much fun. Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

I find both shots equally appealing...but must agree, the rigging is more visible in this one...find myself more caught up in the geometry of this image, the warmth and color of the wood hull draws me into the first post...such fun to have options!!{~:

You did a fabulous job in your conversion...now all that's needed is a slight tweak in contrast and it will be perfect! :~)
