This is a metaphor for how I feel sometimes, where my lady is a lovely jewel and I am just an ugly rock. Has nothing to do with outward appearance, but inward beauty. Deep, huh? (Laughs.) There are several details that have special meaning to us; the color (blue) and cut (princess) of the jewel, and the fact I used a jewel at all. That is all I will say on that. :) Everything modeled by me. Except for the diamond material, which I created through trial and error, and adding a reflection to the wood, the textures are stock 3DS. Perhaps the diamond would look better with some sparkles, but I have not yet figured out how to get results I like, with either 3DS lens effects, or postwork in Paint Shop Pro. Perhaps I will find a way, and repost it again someday.
