ARRRRRGHHHH, I'm the first one to comment this rare piece of work!!!! IT IS WON - DER - FULL!!!! It's perfect, look the textures, the modelling and that mood, it's quite amazing to see such skills. And if you keep in mind that the head is too close to the camera view, it becomes even more impressive, cause, just imagine this model with a complete body, and scenario and you have something worthy the photo-realistic label. Congratulations. Impressive.

Great stuff, I'm actually just starting to get the hang of 'modeling' a head, but texturing it is still out of my range. Did you use Bodypaint? Excellent work...!

Looks like a a photo cut out in photoshop and given angular edges to look like a 3d model... I see though a un-natural sharpness on the edges of the lips...

Well done, anyway its a Phototexture. The eyes looks very flat and lips look like cutout from the rest of the face.
