Wow......hard to stop looking at it. It's rather gruesome looking.....reminds me of how we turn our faces away at the horrible things (like a car accident) and yet inexplicably we're drawn to see, and look, and are fascinated with it all the same.

Hi Susanne, I agree, especially the eyes remind one of good old Konrad. However it was not found in Cologne or Bad Honnef but in Manhattan between 1st and 2nd Avenue on 9th street.
