The most strange and puzzeling image we've seen in a long time. Great looking, with beautiful textures and sense of depth. There must be a message here, so lets search for it!

I don't know what it is, unless it's something used in the world of the dominatrix 8-o ! But the use of black and white is inspired, particularly with precisely the right contrast levels.
