Description
Inspired by a painting by Bierstadt and as always, Hobbit's work. It's not even close but I keep trying ;}
The trees are from 3D Plants, Drew; davy, with totally revised textures and virtual forest. I have created most of the textures my self using realistic textures from this awesome site LEMOGraphics and 3D textures. http://perso.club-internet.fr/lemog/lemog_textures/acc_textures01.html

I would love to go walking through those woods...good work. A few suggestions? The flowers in the foreground are all unnaturally the same. Maybe some more trees in the distance would convey more depth and mystery? Just my opinion, but good work, no-the-less :-)

Wonderful woodland scene. The hazy look is very good. Reminds me of the mountains of West Virginia. I used to walk through forest like this when I was a kid. Thanks for the memories.
