Description

I'm up in the wee hours in the morning and when I take a break, it's usually outside for some fresh air...there is a time before the sun breaks the horizon and the end of night called 'false dawn', where colors lose their saturation and objects are indistinct, and you can never quite tell if there's something moving in the brush, it's so quiet... that time inspired this render...the models are all mine except Athena, the textures are mine also, the lichen on the rock in front is from my Lichen pack, trees are Bryce...Hope you enjoy your visit

I've been in that period of false dawn, and you captured it well :)

It is lovely Zhann and I know the time of dawn you are talking about. You can hear the quiet in this image.

Very nicely done. You've achieved the mnocolour haziness of the pre dawn really well. Looks like there's some good modelling in there too. Good stuff :)

You rendered perfectly THAT hour... here in a metropolis is quite different, but I know that feeling. Most excellent image, specially the lighting.

Being a musician and artist in learning I have often witnessed the false dawn when chasing the muse. Perfectly rendered - perfectly captured - I feel as though I could just walk right into it! Cyberarts2000
