I hung out with this agreeable fellow recently, not too far from where Otis Redding sat while writing his famous song. That's the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge in the background.

I didn't know birds are sprayers nowadays. Looks like he wants to make sure that his graffiti stays there. Knowing what they do to innocent signs I guess that's just the right thing to do...
