nice..but still need work in materials and specialy lighting...matching a camera need to match the light also!

Nice - But the blur of the bg image could be hiden maybe with a nice Depth Of Field rendering !

The design is wonderful, but I think you need to make more bevels/modeling, so that the corners of the walls are not so sharp. It looks a bit stiff and I agree the mats and lightning could be improved. I also felt sorry the background-image was a lower resolution after all the work you spent on this nice house with swimmingpool.
