Wonderfully done. And I'm with Synapse - I wonder what is there, behind those odd lips. What thoughts are driving those slightly mad eyes? How can a baby be so round and plump and cuddly, yet emit a sense of danger? I think it's the mouth, which is extremely adult. Hiding sharp teeth, perhaps?
