1. Renewable power source (wind in this case.)
2. Holding/Aeration tank. Uses a source of fresh water. Aeration removes most contaminate gases.
3. Solar distilling unit. Removes remaining contaminates from water. Solar (or electric coil) heating evaporates water in an upper tank, which is condensed on cooling coils and collects in the bottom tank.
4. Pressurizing pump. This pressurizes the water going to the electrolysis tank, thus pressurizing the gases put out.
5. Electrolysis tank (cutaway view), separates water into hydrogen and oxygen. Separate bells collect the hydrogen (yellow) and oxygen (green). Oxygen is vented to the atmosphere.
6. Hydrogen resoivoir tank. This holds the hydrogen until it is used.
Not shown: safety controls, valving, regulators, wiring and piping (most obvious).
