I like to model usual objects and eventually to mix them with strange things; to play with real and unreal, virtual and imaginary scenes. I'm so glad to play with soft lights and shadows and to try to simulate Global Illumination; things come to life with them since they give depth to objects. Even the simplest models become stars with such light settings.

The dawn of the Renaisance. Paint pigments and technique are still dark.

Your images all appear to be very dimly lit. Are your running on a Mac by any chance? If so, you might want to preview your image in a program like Photoshop where you can view how it will appear on PCs as well. If a lot of images in the C4D gallery look washed out to you, I'd recommend looking into it further. Then again, if you are just partial to scenes with gentle dim lighting, this comment may be way off base. :) Just curious about whether what I'm seeing on a calibrated monitor on a PC is actually the same as the image looks on your computer.
