I made it in Bryce just cause i think the idea of HALO is so amazing... just cause its so big and so cool.. but yeah

Tell me more about this "HALO". This looks somewhat to me like the construct called "Ringworld" as described in the Larry Niven novels. Is HALO anything like that? Where can I learn about it?
