very good picture and superb spaceships(only they dont really loks as they could fly in atmosphere,but its sifi so they probably have gravity drives ;-) )

I recomend either to blur background bit, or add motion blur. This improves image LOT. Modeling excellent.

sokon and spaceboy said it, great modeling, but the background seems odd for the ships. A low orbit battle would seem a cool back drop.

Space ships can "hang in the air exactly the way bricks don't", exhaust plumes would be cool
