Excellent modeling, love the details on the door and textued glass by the entry way. The only part that seems a bit distracting is the grass, it looks like it is planted in rows like corn. Wonderful images!

Ummmm, if your roofing shingles are intalled like shown, they are installed incorrectly :P Nice work, I love these hose renders :)

Nice pic. Good detailed modeling work in lots of areas. I especially like the doorway. Not sure about what cunreno is saying about the shingles being installed incorrectly... Maybe a bit small, if anything, since most roofing shingles have about 6 inches of overlap to the staggered pattern, but there are other sizes. Possibly he means that you cannot see the ridge cap line of shingles? Doubt it... The only things I could suggest are killing that pattern in the grass, working on the concrete texture a bit for the driveway (brightening up?), and tweaking the backround image HSB. As a matter of fact, (not that this is unrealistic), the whole image has a really yellow cast. I would pop it into PhotoShop, go into levels, grab just the blue level, and drag that middle slider a bit to the left. That or do it in Variations. Unless you were going for the yellow cast, like a late long afternoon, but something about that background image says you weren't. After you try out that color cast deal, you might just be able to boost the saturation a bit (25 to 40 percent?) in order to get a really vibrant image. All this, of course, is subjective. Just me and my ideas for you to glean what you may.

this looks great! super job. just get yourself a concrete image for the driveway add some grunge, make it a bit uneven and your there! I agree about the grass too. if you have a full version of sasquatch, try using an image map for desity and maybe put a displacment map on the grass panel to make it a bit more organic? Excellent job!

Thanks for all the comments! I agree about the grass, i tried lots of different things, and eventually decided to model it. That may be why it looks strange. I'll admit, i rushed the texture on the driveway and shingles, but after working on this model for so long i thought i'd never get finished. BTW, the yellow tint and low saturation was done on purpose, guess its just a preference.
