I had trouble rendering. I painted her hair and skin in photoshop.

Thank you so much, Lynn and Amanda...the truth is, I almost did paint it in photoshop. I painted her face and skin...and of course, her hair...in the render she is bald. I also did a lot of postwork. I'm so glad you like it!
