Taken one week ago during a hiking tour in the Alps in the early morning hours.

The thumbnail doesn't do this posting any justice, as I almost glanced over this ...and I'm so pleased I didn't! This is a beautiful, beautiful shot - the colour particularly, and lighting is just fabulous. Like some of my recent 'plant' efforts :) ...I wish the DOF was just a smidgen greater ...but well worth getting up so early for! I hope you really enjoyed your trip ...and your new G5?! Regards Mark
