LOVELY use of color. I was looking at all galleries, all images, and this one really stood out. You might want to reconsider the thickness and opacity of the piths, and decrease the red in the pulp to give it less of a grapefruit tinge. Everything else is wonderful. The arrangement of the fruit is strong and eye catching, and the skin texture and lighting give the image a painterly quality. I really like this image.

I think you came up better with the core than interior. It looks like painting.. not that you necessarily tried them to look as realistic as possible, but I think the styles between skin and interior vary too much. Delicious, nevertheless!
