Compositionally speaking, you've created a tangent between the topmost side of the bowl and the tables edge.....tangents can be great when you want to draw the viewer through the image, but a pointless tangent is merely distracting. Are the noodles hot or cold? If they were hot, i'd expect a tiny bit of heat distortion beyond/above the bowl, or possibly some steam. My guess is that the bowl is cold, due to the firmness of the visible noodles and the lack of heat distortion. Personally, I would decrease the number of noodles above the surface of the broth.....regardless, its still a pleasant realistic image 2

i think this is nicely done. a tiny bit of detail COULD be added, but either way, i think it's a great composition.

It's great that you submerged them.. they look much more natural in this position.. but, you've forgotten about the specularity and reflection properties in both the soup and the noodles. And if this is a traditional broth, there will be some translucency to it, at least at the very top and edges. You are almost there.. this will be fantastic when you are done.....!

Try to use some subsurface scattering for the soup! Chanlum is a good way for it.
