This is cool; interesting POV. But I don't understand the title. Does "Mimosa" mean something in some other language besides English that I don't know about? To me, a mimosa is a kind of tree.

Amazing orange texture! Fantastic details, like the champagne bubbles and the light refractions. Oh, and a mimosa is a drink...champagne and orange juice.
