Lovely! I love this affect as well.It takes alot of skill to not overdo it in photoshop.This looks great! The original photograph was great.He looks like a great man.The frame is great also!

I like to do that 2 :) I love watercolors and using several layers of different copy's and start unerasing bits and peice to add some detail or soften parts up :) Lovely. I think there some creative minds working togehter there.
