You could add much more drama to this scene by making the contrast stronger. Leave unimportant areas darker and fokus the redlights on the important parts. The lights look pretty bright and should cast harder shadows. Some dust on the ground would make it even more interesting and you should add some details to the scene background and walls like pipes, maintenance hatches, or wires. If you should want it to look more sterile, leave out more details, but make it cleaner. As it is it looks a bit run down, but neither the lights, not the details contribute to that look. All in all I think this is quite a cool picture. Reminds me a bit of my Acheron scene and I think you could make the feelings infused by it even stronger. Thanks for sharing this picture. I had written a comment much like this many weeks ago, but my system crashed as I tried to send it. I hope you dont mind. :)

Good Job! Nice atmosphere but as VOID mentioned, more contrast between certain areas would reduce the wash-out effect..
