Description
Infra Red
I don't often post photographs. But took quite a few yesterday and I really like this one. Scotney Castle is a ruin a few miles from where I live in the South East of England. This tree was on the island next to the castle. Taken on my Olympus with a a Hoya IR filter. I normally change Infrared pictures to black and white, but quite like this in the original colours.
More infra red on my website. Check out my homepage for the link. Thanks for looking.
Techie stuff: Taken on a Olympus C-300 Zoom, with a Hoye R72 InfraRed Filter.

Don't you LOVE those colors!!! Glad you didn't change it. We have cherry trees here in Oregon and they are that color when they bloom in the spring. Thanks for posting it.

I love IR, and trees have such magic in their shape... great shot - the sweet backlight give it so much depth...
