The textures are great. Deimos and Phobos are much smaller, oblong rocks though, not full round spheres like our moon.

is that a nasa map for mars there? The earths moon map does seem out of place next to the detail of mars, but very good concept, I like it there should be a very slight redish haze at the terminator at that angle from the CO2 atmosphere though...sorry, its just that the realizim of the way you captured the scene is very good, makes the littlist detail stand out :)

Oops.. i forgot to make a comment. Im guessing you are new. I am new as well so respect my Authority :). seriouslly. Im guessing you made a texture map using adobe Photoshop with a lense flare or you used a glow or star with 6 points to make the background. its very basic. Those look like the standard texture maps that came with 3d studio max (Moon and Mars) you may want to at least model a rocket or try downloading one from 3dcafe.com if you are to lazy to try it yourself and add it to the scene. but it still looks pretty cool. so for the little effort and based on it's coolness i gave it a 3. hey i get blasted all the time for my art so i dont give out high rankings very often so even though a 3 is not that high its middle low middle range from me. Hope to upload some of my works soon and get feedback. keep up the good work.

The martian satellites of Phobos and Deimos are shown as looking more like asteroids rather than having ANY resemblance to the Earth's Moon. What you might want to do is hit NASA's site in regards to Mars and its moons. Just a making a suggestion, in case you decide to do a repost.;-)
