Was just playing around this evening, and ended up with what looked (to me, anyway) like some kind of official portrait. Hence the name, and the frame! Thanks for looking...

It's the Second Skin Pants & Tops texture (it's painted on) from DAZ. I could be wrong, but without looking it up I think it was made by LisaB. Hair and background and frame are postwork in Photoshop.
