Description

I've been learning 3ds max for the last 4 weeks, + I read the Harnessing 3ds max 5 during the summer, but had to work a lot. So during the last 2 weeks I made an attempt on the Modeling Joan of Arc by Michel Roger. http://www.3dtotal.com/ffa/tutorials/max/joanofarc/joanmenu.asp Got this far, but don't understand the material part. Trying to make Joan a Motorbike at the moment. Thats hopeless ;)

Cool....I saw that tutorial, and i can say only one thing - good work. I understand that you are novice, but this model needs texturing. With texturing and more detailed background it will looks great.Good Luck

You turned it out pretty good. I only finished her body, no dress yet. I have to say that tut was write to the people who familiar with Max. If you're not familiar with Max, you'll easily get lost. So you may try others materials tuts. (most of the tuts in 3dtotal were writen to experts. this is my personal opinion)
