I was in Santa Rosa 30 years ago and seen my first homless person . They are still there, only there are many more.

The poor will always be among us. The Bible has much about the poor.."Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble." (Psalm 41:1) The "poor" refers not only to those without money, but also to those who suffer illness or misfortune through no fault of their own. For such persons, God is Defender, Deliverer, and Sustainer... [];^)
