another shot with a slow shutter speed. taken from a bridge near my home in good old norhtern va. comments? suggestions?

Very good! other than the noise in the dark areas, but theres simple programs and simple ways to defeat that;) check out ...."Neat Image" , it can kill alot of noise while preserving details.
