+digital freehand painted with mouse, Photoshop7 and Elements+ ravens don't flock ... they fly apart! face="verdana"color="green"size="2"> ... just something i've been doing this week, amazingly ironic when we get in touch with hillnEss, how small we are and infinite is all!

Sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you create a piece like this. You have some Nordic influences here...the raven, Odin only had one eye, the featurelss face...but oh so expressive in its silent stare. These are like the creatures that exist in a netherworld, ancient fairies, Queen Mabb etc. I can imagine this as a mural upon a wall that would look stunning in moonlight, starlight and candlelight. Is it wrong that I read so much in your images or do I just recognise the soul within? DA

This is one of my favorites of this series. Love what you did with the eyes. And the hair resembles a kind of nest. Yes, ravens fly apart, but did you iknow that they mate for life? If you see a raven ... then you will probably see its mate nearby. :O) Excellent art. CC
