Description
A slight departure from my usaual stuff but this is how I get free beer - by doing the artwork for my local pub. This is our latest beer festival to take place in November. The theme is a piratical one - Cromford in Derbyshire being about as far away from the sea as you can get in the UK.
Cap'n Guinness is the pub cat (sheer coincidence that his name is the same as the popular Irish drink - in case any lawyers are watching) He spends most of his time on the pool table licking his . . . well you know.
The ship in the background is the real life HM Bark Endevour, which I had the chance to go on at Whitby.
Can anyone spot the white truck in the background, I forgot to clone out?

Don't travel well, 'tis true. 'Course the Guinness World Records 2004, er, 'records', erpresumablyearlier versions of 'itself', as the "best selling book in the world next to the__....", hmmm. Presumably again, that may mean 'it' also qualifies as the 'best selling book of world records in the _____....', hoho. Moxie, hehe.
