Good idea, and a pretty sky line. The water looks really good, but I would have gone into photoshop and done some minor splashes in the closer parts of the river to make it look more realistic and trecherous!! =D That and the background clouds look a little funny. Very cool work with textures too.

This whole thing really looks like a photograph! Your water is exceptionally nice. Your surface is outstanding! The only nit I'd pick is that your clouds are too tall. Try 4 instead of 8, and if that isn't enough, make it smaller. :)
