Description

This was done mainly as an exercise in lighting and atmospherics. The only post-pro was the addition of smoke.

Beautiful atmosphere. I used to live right next to the Grand Union Canal and we had sunrises just like this. Don't remember it being that wide though (LOL). Mak

Nice image! Really nice mood...like a misty dawn. I spent a few days on one of those things this summer, and found it near impossible to steer the stupid things, but it was great fun anyway. Great work!

Thanks for all the comments. They are tricky to steer. You have to imagine this is a big canal basin (rather than that I couldn't be bothered to fool around with banks). They look as if they've only got old tyres to burn in that stove ;)
