Description

The cover idea for my cover band's studio album. Carrara 3 with GI, indirect light, HDRI light and one distant light. And a lot of bitmap texturing, as you might think.

This is excellent! Utterly original, and beautiful executed. I love the warm lighting, and the playfulness of it. And the play on words is great, too.

I realized (it's morning here, hehe) that I forgot to mention that the background sky is a photo from the Total Textures series and I used some Real World metal Shaders by litst on the poles. I used some Total Texture ingredients to get to the textures too.

Fantastic composition! Love the concept, lighting, execution and agree with everything frobozz said. I hope you keep selling out of the CD - and with this intriguing cover-art you are off to a good start. Blessings!

Excellent work. I particularly like the surreal effect you created with the difference in style between background and composition. Looks very 'Vanilla Sky'. I'm not sure about the top arrow though, it seems a little out of style in comparison to the rest, it sort of misses the photorealistic style the other signs do have. But hey, who cares right? It still is a great design

Great. Comical & well executed. The lighting holds all the crisp detail without making it look unrealistic.
