this is a really good example of good textureing, its life-like even though it looks like the end for the tree, cinima is a great program,i think there coming out with a lite version without the animation part of of it,this is good though, nice wall texture....

welp i am flabberghasted that someone gave you an 8 for this. i think it fantastic. the attention to detail makes this look photographic.

The attention to detail is just wonderful--the broken pot with the roots hanging out, the dead fronds on the table--the cobwebs attaching themselves to the pot. Its more than 'photographic realistic'--it has a beauty of its own--and a story to tell, it seems.

I've had cinema 4d since dec. and have yet to achieve this type of realism..how many of thousands of dollars do i have to put into plug in filters to become anywhere near this good..Im really in trouble if this is done with the bare bones program..grrrrrr..why are'nt you teaching people about this awesome program or did you learn it all on your own..maxon has the crappiest tutorials ever.not one measly tut on texturing..i wont comment on any of your future pics, as i know they will be great, i'll just enjoy looking them for now on..good luck, and god bless.

Marvelous. I always loved the mood and texturing of this piece. I think that 8 needs to be revised. I still hate you though :)

No offence against greenlee, but giving an "eight" is perhaps incuring the wrath of the god of art (lol) - Seriously though, everyone has the right to use their own artistic criteria (though some right wing sheep herders would rant and bluster in their disagreement). The artistic understanding of the artist of this painting is exceptional. I salute you.
