Description

When I made the initial fractal in Apophysis, I thought it reminded me of melting watches. Hence, the title. I superimposed it over an image made in Terragen. The way I figure it, Dali saw strangeness everywhere he looked, ignoring nature in the process, so my image is an artistic and philosophical statement about Dali and the style of art he pursued. The clash between the two images I combined is deliberate. Comments in other languages welcome.

Excellent Work ... The energy and intent of this work shines...Dali and his compatriots were widely lauded as the Founders of the "Natural" or "Nature" school of Surrealism. The other being the "Objective" or "Object" school, Magritte being an example of this school. Hope to see more of your marvellous work in M.M.
