this is my newest world featuring some strange lighting experiment that seems to destroy the lower half of the moon and make the tips of peaks glow! *gasp* comments always welcome! :)

It's not destroying the lower half !! that's the shadow of the mountains !!!

I agree with ACHP it's the mountains shadow we see.... now thats quite a long shadow. Are you sure it's moon and not just a large bowling ball?

I really like the mats... It looks to me like your using a spot or point light... The way to solve the shadow thing is to go into your list (the thing that looks like a note pad) and turn off the Moon recieves shadows.. The other solution would be to set a more realistic drop off distance for your spot lighting..
