Description
Several of the forest preserves around here have fenced off large sections for dog walking. Sometimes a friend's dog invites me along. When I first found these mushrooms they were mostly intact. But as I lay down on the ground, trying really hard to avoid what these grow in, the dogs all found it a great game. Several of the rooms were flattened by a King Charles Cavalier Spanial.

Great shot!! And I know what you mean about dogs, as you try to get a picture :-) They are banned from my trips in the wilderness :-)
