The sky's good! But you should render it in 1280960 and reduce it to 800600 to get more details. I would prefer the water without so much roughness. More 'light decay' could help to get a stormy mood. Still a great pic, keep posting.

Very nice picture! I agree mostly with Xabre, but I would actually increase the roughness of the water (make the waves bigger, perhaps add patches).

Beautiful sky. U could also use the 1/3rd principle: If the sky is graphical give it 2/3rd space and leave the sea/land as 1/3rd space. If the sea/land is interesting give it 2/3rd space. This way u give more space for the most graphical part of ur image.
